Pure joy. I know LinkedIn is supposed to be mostly professional posts, but sometimes personal lives and professional lives intertwine. And, in both areas it is good to spread joy, so I wanted to share a very quick video with you of my little granddaughter who is learning to 'blow raspberries.' I guess the correlation is that leaders need to remember that they have people with real lives, needs, feelings, and families working on their teams. People are far from 'resources.' It's been a busy month at Sticky Agile, LLC , and I'm thrilled to share one of the highlights! I recently had the privilege of conducting a training session for Africa Agility. The young women who participated were chosen from hundreds of applicants with intermediate to advanced computer skills and logical problem-solving abilities.
