How do I reset my Palmetto GBA password? ›

Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link from the returning user box of the eServices introduction screen. Enter your user ID and click submit. If your user ID was entered correctly, you will receive an email with a link to answer your security questions.

A Submitter ID is used to transmit EDI transactions to Palmetto GBA. A DDE ID is used to access the Direct Data Entry (DDE) claims processing system to enter claims on-line.

Palmetto GBA is the Railroad Retirement Board Specialty Medicare Administrative Contractor (RRB SMAC) and processes Part B claims for Railroad Retirement beneficiaries nationwide.

Claim status is available Monday thru Friday from 7 a.m. through 11 p.m. ET. You can call our Beneficiary Contact Center at 800-833-4455 and speak with a Customer Service Representative (CSR). We are available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET.

From SwipeSimple.com, select the login button on the top right corner of your screen. From the next login page click Forgot Password. Enter your SwipeSimple login email address to receive instructions for creating a new password. These instructions will be emailed to you.

Navigate to EDISS Connect and log into your account. Click the Manage Transactions tab to locate your Submitter ID.

Submitter ID: In medical billing, the term Submitter ID refers to an identification number used to submit medical claims electronically.

If you do not know your submitter ID, refer to the My IDM Account feature on the SPOT footer toolbar. All providers linked to this SPOT submitter ID will be setup with the ability to submit claims.
