The importance of this role
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll increase the income from current and new mid-market customers by reaching out to the most promising and innovative enterprises and startups. You’ll learn about their goals and advise them on how to accomplish them by using our communication tools.

What You'll Do
- Experience in the day-to-day management of B2B customers and suppliers.
- The role will encompass securing commercially viable SMS agreements/deals with Messaging Suppliers (Mobile Operators and other direct wholesale market players and A2P SMS aggregators).
- To work closely with the Vision C-Suite team to build an inventory of routes to fulfill SMS market demand.
- Generate, retain and profitably grow company volume, sales, and profitability in this sector through proactive management of assigned customer relationships.
- The candidate will have a strong portfolio of existing SMS customers and vendors to introduce to Vision.
Expected Qualities:
- Both written and verbal fluency in English and/or another European language.
- The ability to assess situations, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions whilst being passionate about delivering impactful, cut-through-the-clutter, ideas versus standard presentations.
- A customer-driven focus and the ability to quickly pivot in a fast-paced environment.
- A tech savvy mind, with a good understanding of the trends driving innovation in technology, particularly in mobile, cloud and consumer areas.
- The ability to develop processes that contribute to enhanced organizational efficiency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- An openness to travel up, the time depending upon the demands of the region.
